Is mobile service the main service?+
Yes. SPRUCES prioritizes on site diagnostics and repair. Each request is reviewed first to confirm the equipment and repair are a good fit for mobile service.
What does a tune up include?+
Packages include the equipment’s applicable oil service, cooling fin cleaning, tire and fastener check, lubrication, belt inspection, and spark plug and filter inspection. Mower packages also include blade sharpening and balancing; riding and zero turn packages include a deck check.
What is not typically handled mobile?+
Internal engine rebuilds, diesel and EFI work, ATV or UTV repairs, hydrostatic transmission rebuilding, major wiring diagnosis and extensive teardown are reviewed case by case and may be declined or require shop service.
Do you provide an estimate first?+
Repairs are diagnosed before major work proceeds. You'll receive the recommended repair path and can approve parts and labor.
What if a return trip is needed?+
If a repair requires ordered parts or work beyond the original appointment, the return visit and remaining work are quoted before scheduling.
What information should I send?+
The equipment type, brand, model and serial number, symptoms, and photos of the identification label are the best starting point.
Do you install parts supplied by customers?+
That depends on the equipment and part. Include the part details in your request so compatibility can be reviewed first.
